Who we are
SwaraSheet (swarasheet.com) is a music notation tool operated by Chords Music Academy, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Contact: support@swarasheet.com
What information we collect
- Google account info — your name, email address, and profile photo, collected when you sign in with Google
- Your notes and sheets — the music notes you write and save, stored privately under your account
- Usage activity — actions like saving sheets, exporting PDFs, and sharing (used only for improving the service)
- Payment info — processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card/UPI details
How we use your information
- To provide and run the SwaraSheet service
- To save your notes to the cloud and sync across devices
- To manage your subscription and credit balance
- To show you your account and usage in the app
Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in Google's secure cloud infrastructure. Each user's notes are private — only you can access them. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to any third party.
Third-party services we use
- Google Firebase — authentication and data storage
- Razorpay — payment processing (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy)
- Netlify — website hosting
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for Google Sign-In and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
- You can delete your account and all associated data by emailing us
- You can export your notes at any time using the Download feature in the app
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
Children's privacy
SwaraSheet is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Acceptance
By using SwaraSheet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What SwaraSheet provides
SwaraSheet is a music notation tool that lets you write, save, and export musical notes in Indian and Western formats. We provide the service on a subscription and credit basis.
Plans & billing
- Free plan: Unlimited note writing · 5 PDF exports per month · No WhatsApp share
- Pro plan: ₹199/month or ₹1,499/year · First month free · Unlimited PDF exports + WhatsApp share
- Pro subscriptions begin with a 30-day free trial; the card is charged after the trial period
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly until cancelled
- You can cancel anytime from within the app under My Account
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan.
Refund policy
- Refunds are available within 48 hours of a new subscription purchase if no paid features have been used
- Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used
- Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable
- To request a refund, email us at support@swarasheet.com within 48 hours
Acceptable use
- You may use SwaraSheet only for lawful purposes
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure
Intellectual property
The SwaraSheet application, design, and code are owned by Chords Music Academy. Your notes and musical content remain your own — we claim no ownership over content you create.
Limitation of liability
SwaraSheet is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the service. Always download a backup of important notes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
